    如何提高发动机主轴承的可靠性呢?

    许多的发动机当中都是有轴承存在的,只要轴承出现故障就会停止运行,工作就不能进行了,想要提高发动机的可靠性就需要从轴承上着手,接下来小编跟大家详细介绍一下关于提高发动机轴承可靠性的五大措施。


      1、提高加工精度。提高轴承各元件的加工精度,不应低于4级精度,正确选用合理的游隙与装配时的配合值。装配时要按特殊的技术条件所规定的内容检查轴承,例如外观检查,检查是否有超出规定的表面缺陷与锈蚀,复查配合处的尺寸与原始游隙等。


      2、轴承环与轴线偏斜量不能大。对于长寿命的轴承要有高的可靠性时,在工作条件下轴承环与轴线偏斜量不能超出允许的标准(寿命大于1000h的轴承,偏斜量不得超过0.5′)。


      3、用3点接触的滚珠轴承。用3点接触的径向止推滚珠轴承取代4点接触的滚珠轴承可提高轴承的可靠性。


      4、钢制保持架。用钢制保持架取代青铜制保持架(俄制发动机中多采用),保持架表面要镀银。


      5、内外环间温差小于5℃。如能有效地将轴承的热量带走并保持在轴承宽度上以及外环间有较均匀的温度场,内外环间的温差不大于5℃,可以提高轴承的可靠性。
