Application method:

The marine crane motor of new equipment or equipment that has been disassembled and inspected should first undergo an empty vehicle trial run with several revolutions. But before the equipment is finished, do not turn on the power for trial operation. In application, it is definitely prohibited to use in environments that are not allowed, and to exceed the additional load and the additional closing frequency per hour (120 times). When debugging and protecting equipment, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (for 10t, 16t, and 20t, it is necessary to be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, it is necessary to ensure the safety ring of the steel wire rope on the drum, and the effective safety ring should be at least 2 turns. It is not allowed to press two manual switch buttons at the same time that cause the marine crane motor to move in opposite directions.

1. Marine lifting motors are not allowed to lift or unload heavy objects from the side, and overloading is prohibited.

2. During the application process, the operator should always check whether the steel wire rope has any loose buckles, knots, fallen grooves, wear, etc. If there are any, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner, and the rope guide and limit switch should be checked regularly for safety and reliability.

3. After the homework is completed, turn off the main power switch and block the main power supply.
